* Will consider Part-time Lodger (not main residence) £PCM poss need to be reduced / to be discussed.

* Room is classed as Double, though poss. just large single
* Just need to supply your own food
* Basic = milk / coffee / Teabags / Sugar etc. all included
* I have had lodgers for many years and only reason for leaving returning oversea or they've got married
