The studio is 4.5 metres squared, is furnished and has its own kitchen/dining area, washing machine/tumble dryer, plus separate shower and toilet. The sunny patio garden has a table & chairs and a washing line. The studio has its own spacious off-road parking on my driveway, (see photo) which it shares with my home, but is completely separate and not overlooked. The walls are still sound-proofed so it is very quiet and has no adjoining walls with other properties. The conversion was completed in 2020. This is not the space for someone who likes to hear traffic noise and city lights.
The studio is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside tables, a wardrobe with drawers, a bookshelf, easy chair, TV, dining table and chairs, and a kitchenette with the following: tall fridge freezer, a counter with a cooker/microwave plus a small counter top unit with two hot plates. Enough to make a fry up or roast a small chicken but not a full-sized cooker.
The Studio is perfect for a short let for someone moving home/buying a property locally, as you avoid the expense and paperwork involved in putting utilities into your name. The washing machine/tumbler dryer is new but has a slow cycle for sheets/towels, but a service wash is included. We supply a laundry bag and return folded clean dry laundry to you. We also supply a composting bin for food waste that we can collect, empty and return cleaned for you.
A previous occupant had a cat, which had access via a window adjoining the patio garden, and that can be left open as the patio is secure, thus a pet cat is acceptable, but not a dog. This property would suit a professional seeking peace and quiet outside of work. It is possible to walk from the front door onto the Malvern hills, the Theatre, Malvern's many cafes, shops, Waitrose etc so it would also suit someone who wants to get the most out of this beautiful area.
