There is a safe private car park for your vehicle, (plenty of spaces) plus WiFi, and all bills included. Quiet
live in owner who is out very early in the morning, (5.30 or 6.30 am) either at work, or at the gym, and away a lot at weekends so you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. Landlady would prefer someone quiet so a working professional ideally.

There is a shared garden with washing lines. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The area is safe and quiet with a large private, off street parking area.
