This is a large bright spacious double room, newly decorated and within a quiet top floor clean, modern flat. Landlady can provide furniture to suit. Can have a double bed or a single bed and a desk or table (not shown in photo yet). Wall mounted television/smart tv all channels available. The room is well heated with good ventilation.

There is a safe private car park for your vehicle, (plenty of spaces) plus WiFi, and all bills included. Quiet
live in owner who is out very early in the morning, (5.30 or 6.30 am) either at work, or at the gym, and away a lot at weekends so you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. Landlady would prefer someone who is quiet, so a working professional or student ideally.

Modern kitchen with plenty of cupboard space for you, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer all available to use.

There is a shared garden with washing lines. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The area is safe and quiet with a large private, off street parking area.
