You'll have your own fully furnished double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and views of the garden. If you have your own furniture you wish to bring this can be planned for.

😊 About the Homeowner

You’ll be sharing with a kind, independent, and friendly 90-year-old gentleman who enjoys interesting conversation and has a passion for the local area. He’s a big fan of the theatre, loves watching sports, in particular cricket and is a keen birdwatcher. He especially enjoys trips into Malvern and exploring the surrounding countryside. He is looking for a compatible friendship where you would enjoy doing some things together.

✨ Support Needed

The homeowner would appreciate some help around the home and sharing of household tasks. A reduced rent is offered in exchange for help each week. Ideally this would include going out into Malvern together and:

▶︎ Light gardening such as weeding
▶︎ Help cleaning the house
▶︎ Cooking part of the week
