Hello, this Flat is very central about 5 minute walk away to the great Malvern train station which goes direct to London roughly about 2 hours directly.
Further to this it as about 5-10 minutes walk from 2 gyms and 10 minutes walk away from the great Malvern town center.
I work full time and live here, ideally looking for a young professional which is working and would like somewhere central. I like to think I am easy going, approachable as long as we communicate this is fine. I would expect the tenant to keep there room and communal living quarters such as the kitchen clean and assisting with taking bins out etc.
I like to think I am very adaptable and sociable whether this be you are extroverted or introverted.
