i'm recently separated and looking for a tenant to share living costs. i have 3 wonderful children (primary age) who will be with me for one night each week.
i'm a primary school teacher and freelance pianist with exceptionally high living standards looking for someone to respect and look after my home. i have a beautiful 3 bed victorian property, close to redditch town centre and am very fussy about who i'd live with. if you're the right person get in touch!
That said i have an excellent tenant in the property at the moment and may leave them there and retain this income. therefore i may consider getting a modern 2-bed property if i can find the right person to share with.
there are lots of options and i am happy to let any new housemate be involved in the choice of property. am ready to move as soon as i find the right person.
