Room available in family house

Double room, furnished. We are a couple with 2 young boys (7 & 4) and one cat, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge areas (so you could have main use of one of each), large shared kitchen, garden and off road parking. Kempsey has 4 pubs, shop, Chinese restaurant/takeaway, Church, school etc, 4 miles from Worcester city centre and easy access to motorway. We are pretty easy going - looking for someone who's independent and easy going too :)
Room available full time, or could also do Mon/Fri or Sun/Thur let for £325 pcm.
