Double room available

In mid-terraced house, near Kidderminster hospital & town centre. Should suit young to middle aged professional. The person suitable must not mind pets as there are three cats.


The room is a double attic room with a double bed. It is cheap as the house needs work. An extention will be starting approximately next month so their will be a time where there will be no kitchen & possibly no washing machine. There will be alot of chaos & building noise. Rent will increase with home improvements, but this will all take time. There are no pictures as yet as awaiting for a lodger to vacate the premises.

I live with my husband and also have another lodger living with us.
