About the room:

We have 1 fully furnished double room to rent - £450pcm for a single person. This includes all bills with a deposit of one month. The room has a double bed, chest of draws, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. Room will be available from mid September with a flexible move in date.

A bit about the house/area:

The bungalow is modern and has a lovely spacious kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and plenty of storage. The sitting room next door has the usual TV and sofas. This overlooks the large garden. Ideal for Bbq’s. There is a common bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also plenty of parking next to the house. Off road parking is also available for an extra £50 pcm, big enough for a large van/4X4/SUV to be parked.

Kidderminster is a lovely, semi- rural town with much to offer. The house is within walking distance to shops, pubs and the local gym. Offering countless activities such as swimming, climbing, football and tennis. We are just under 2 miles from the town centre of Kidderminster. There are also good links to Birmingham and Worcester via direct trains or by car.

A little bit about me & what I am looking for:

I am a landlord - late 50’s. I am looking for a friendly, like-minded person to share my home I work in Worcester as an Engineer. My son has recently moved out and now owns his first home in Stourbridge. Popping in to see his “old” Dad. I enjoy DIY, walking, family and friends. I love dogs and cats, although don’t have either myself. I do have my own fish tank with tropical fish!

I would love for the house to feel sociable, and for you to feel that it is your home as well as mine.
