Dishwasher, shared fridge, three toilet washrooms in house, communal living space. Off road parking available. I am DBS cleared as a teacher. A meet and reference would be required along with none refundable deposit. My daughter and I are friendly and like a laugh and in and out alot. We are clean and tidy and would want our lodger to be off the Same mindset.
