Room to rent in a 7 bedroom HMO, studio kitchen within room, shared bathroom facilities, outside laundry and drying area, parking at rear. all tenants are male, and we are looking preferably for a quiet person who is in employment, we would prefer not to accept anyone claiming UC but will consider if UC pay full rent, and would prefer the person to be able to provide references and a guarantor if possible.

Strictly NO SMOKING within the building, NO pets and NO drugs of any kind, NO loud music.
