The property is located approximately 2 minutes from the Kidderminster Railway Station and has resident parking available which can be purchased through Wyre Forest Council. Plenty of shops/local amenities available nearby.

The landlord is a professional working allocated shifts and so the new resident must be considerate of this as the favour will be returned. Non-professionals will be considered of course following vetting.

The available bedrooms will come with a new double-bed/mattress and a chest of drawers/wardrobe.
