Large double furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroomed Victorian house in Kidderminster by the hospital. The room is the dark blue one with the navy sofa. The rent is £450 per calendar month to include all bills. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The room is on the ground floor. It isn’t en-suite but the bathroom is on the same level. There is one other lodger. He is 44 years old, very polite and trustworthy.
