This room has enough room to make a bedroom plus a lounge area. See pics. The room is quiet and warm with good natural lighting. Traditional bedroom furniture is included if required (bed etc). Room has built in wardrobe cupboard.
A professional cleaner is employed to clean communal areas on a weekly basis to save tenants time and the hassle of shared rotas. This ensures the house is kept to a high standard and is always welcoming. Bedrooms are cleaned by tenants.
The house has two spacious shared bathrooms, and some rooms are also ensuite. The main bathroom has a full size original feature roll top bath. An additional bathroom has a huge feature modern wet-room shower area.
The spacious kitchen diner also serves as an environment for socialising and entertaining, with a separate utility equipped with all white goods (including tumble drier). Every tenant is provided with their own cupboard, fridge and freezer space for their sole use. Provided crockery, cutlery and pans are stored in communal cupboards.

The room would suit professional, and all current housemates are professionals working in various roles across Worcestershire. Perfect for commutors as it is located less than 5 minutes walk to Kidderminster train station (which has direct trains to London and Birmingham), and it has a bus stop across the road which covers main bus routes to neighbouring towns. The road it is on links directly to routes towards, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, motorways etc.
Off road driveway parking with motion sensitive lighting is available at a small additional cost.
All rooms are double glazed and well insulated, holding in heat and blocking out noise. As it is a period home, thick walls make for a peaceful feel within the bedrooms.
The house has a large combi boiler and provides instant hot water whenever it is required, no need to wait to heat up water. The house is warm and well heated, and we make sure it is not cold in winter!
The room can be offered part furnished or unfurnished depending on requirements.
No children or pets unfortunately, in order to be considerate to all tenants.
