Double room for rent with bathroom

I have a lovely double room to rent with a seperate bathroom. I have my own bathroom so it will be for your use only. The room has a wardrobe/cupboard, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard. I can remove the chest of drawers if not required.
I am a live in landlord so the living room and kitchen will be shared. I would prefer someone who is house trained and will clean up after themselves. I do like piece & quiet so if I'm not out then I like to chill out on the sofa, I do go to the pub quite a lot and swimming so I'm not around all of the time. I also have 2 beautiful cats who have access to all of the house, although I do keep the spare room door closed so they can't get in. The garden is lovely to sit out with a drink. I will consider Mon-Fri renting and short term. Obviously rent will be discussed.
