There is separate laundry room with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Along with ironing board and iron.

The living room is a spacious communal room with multi-sofa and chairs. There is also a 46-inch TV and DVD player. There is free super-fast fibre broadband with Wifi throughout the house.

Plenty of off-road parking at front of house and you won’t be blocked in by anyone.

The house is located in a desirable area of Kidderminster. It is on the East side, thus providing easy access to the rail station and major road routes to Birmingham, the Black Country, Wolverhampton and Worcester.

The whole house (including your room and bathroom) is professionally cleaned each week. This is also already included in the monthly rent amount.
