Single furnished room near hospital

Hi guys! I’m looking for a sensible, responsible housemate over 20 years. The Room has a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and hanging rail. please note- it’s a single, furnished room and there’s not room for a double bed.
We are a house of animal lovers, 3 dogs and 2 cats live here so you must be an animal lover, laid back and with a sense of humour! Its a family atmosphere so would suit someone fun and friendly but sensible. The house is just around the corner from the Hospital on the Bewdley side of town within walking distance of the town centre. There is wifi and central heating :)
Strictly no heavy drinkers or drug users!
