Shared laundry room with separate washing machine and tumble drier, double glazing, intercom system, CCTV, water and WIFI are included. A cleaner comes in for all general areas and you are responsible for your room. Council tax (Band A) and room electricity are not included.

This is in walking distance to the Train Station, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco and town centre.

We have a good mix of residents and are looking for someone who will respect other peoples space and property.

We cannot offer on-site parking currently as all spaces are taken, however there are car parks and on street parking nearby
