You will be sharing facilities in a large house, where you can choose to have some privacy or socialise with other housemates. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and shower room.

Living room on ground floor is equipped with a UHD 4K smart TV and Blu-ray player. A separate sitting room/lounge area is located on the first floor. Kitchen with stoves cooker & oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer etc. Small patio area ouside. Advertised room is on second floor of a 3-storey Victorian terrace house.

Kidderminster town centre is only 5 minutes by foot. Kidderminster train station and Severn Valley Railway station are both 6 minutes walk away, with direct train services to London, Birmingham, Worcester, Bridgnorth and beyond. On street parking.

All bills inclusive.

House cleaning by weekly rota of the common areas and washrooms are the shared responsibility of all lodgers.
