I am a live in landlord but travel a lot, so you will have the place to yourself a lot, I like company and to talk, but also like quiet downtime. I am looking for someone I can trust to look after my home, and my cat when I am not there.

The room is approx 4.5x2.5 m furnished.

All white goods, all bills, internet, and a fortnightly cleaner (for common areas).

This is a great place for an independent person who is willing to share a home rather than occupy a room. It’s perfectly situated for all activities on the hills, with 2 pubs within 10 minute walk and the centre of Gt Malvern 25 minute walk.

All bedrooms have lockable doors.
