It’s SW facing so bright and sunny. Shared house with me (professional female owner, I work in PR) my other lovely female lodger who’s a teacher and my friendly cat. The house is a proper home, nicely decorated, well looked after with all mod cons inc. superfast broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, real log fire, and I have a regular cleaning service etc.
There’s a shared living/dining room and kitchen and then I have my own private living room.
Looking for an easy going, happy chilled lodger who likes cats. My other lodger has been living here for 3 years and we get on really well, it’s a relaxed and happy house. I’m divorced, no children, lived in London for years and moved back to my hometown a few years ago. We both have busy lives but sometimes chat and have a cuppa… if you prefer to keep to yourself that’s fine too.
House is in an amazing location, easy walk to decent pubs and Great Malvern and to Malvern Link train station. We have a French Boulangerie/Patisserie in the street, a newsagents and a corner shop; it’s a great street with nice neighbours.
