En-Suite & All-Inclusive, Top-Floor Room

An all-inclusive, recently redecorated and furnished en-suite room on the top floor of my Victorian end terrace house on the Malvern Hills.

The room is bright and cosy, and is situated on the top floor of the house with en-suite shower room with WC. The room (3.2m x 2.6m) is fully furnished, including wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a stunning view from the room across the rooftops of Malvern looking out towards Worcester and beyond.

There are a variety of amenities nearby - including a mix of independent shops (within 5-minutes’ walk), and Sainsbury’s Local (12-minutes’ walk). Malvern Link railway station is 12-minutes’ walk. Great Malvern town centre is 20-minutes’ walk.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, including full-fibre broadband and council tax. The living room has a TV, with Netflix & Amazon Prime. The kitchen-diner is equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob, dual oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. To the rear of the house is a private garden with small patio, table and chairs.

There is a single driveway where I park my car. However, there is on-street parking on the side road next to the house.

I am a working professional, and I live on my own with my two-year-old house cat.

I have no preference on gender. Looking for someone who is working, a non-smoker, clean, tidy, and is fine around cats. Suitable preferably for full-time, non-remote professionals. Subject to satisfactory references.

I am open and flexible to term length, and other arrangements including a ‘Mon-Fri’ agreement, if required.
