Recently redecorated, amazing afternoon and evening sunlight, overlooks the garden. Desk and chair not included but shown for perspective.

Generous communal spaces - lounge, separate kitchen, garden with large patio, downstairs toilet and bathroom shared with one other person (me).

All bills included (superfast broadband, council tax, water, gas, electric, services such as window cleaner).

Another very considerate part-time lodger stays in the en-suite double room (every other week for work M-F only until May currently) so you would be mainly sharing the communal areas with just me. I would have put 1.4 occupants in the ad if I could :-)

The house is a 3-bed semi on the Malvern Vale development and has direct access to walking trails, views of the Malvern Hills and a handy Sainsbury's Local.

Great Malvern and Malvern Link station are nearby and Tewksbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham etc are easily accessible by car.

A bit about me....

I'm a Learning Programme Designer and work from my home office garage conversion Mon-Fri, I'm also studying for a Masters in my spare time. I enjoy reading, art-house films, musicals, travelling and getting back into yoga.

Who the room is suitable for ...

Someone who is looking for a relaxed home in a quiet neighbourhood with considerate housemates.

Must be permanently employed, working in an on-site or hybrid role (e. g. 2 days at home), a non-smoker/non-vaper, covid-vaccinated and able to supply references.

Happy to discuss term length and consider pro rata rent for a ‘Mon-Fri’ agreement or similar.
