Ground floor double bedroom with your own en-suite shower room and private garden area. You’ll also have your own front door, giving you plenty of privacy.

The property has a small open-plan kitchen, which is shared with just one other person (me)a few times a week.

Rent: £625 per month, with all bills included, including Wi-Fi.

A bit about the living arrangement:

* I stay at the property a couple of afternoons and a few nights each week.
* I have a friendly dog, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. Occasionally my dog may be at the property while I’m out.
* Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going.
