I am looking for a responsible and reliable person with a permanent job. The house is well located, very close to the train station and the centre of town in Malvern Link. I have a large garden, private parking, a patio, a conservatory and the house has all the facilities; central heating, kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets, washing machine/drier, living room. The room is one single with wardrobe and a drawer. I keep generally the house very clean and tidy. There is also broadband access. I am a divorced professional. I work locally I will rent to only a very trust worthy person. You are welcome to come and see place for yourself any time.
