A house share in a 4 bedroom property in a nice semi rural location.
The house is close to Malvern, Ledbury and Upton upon Severn.
The house is occupied by 1 working males aged 21.
We are looking for 3 more people to share between the ages of 20 and 25, in full time employment.
They are double rooms so would accept couples sharing a room at £375 per month plus share of bills.
No DSS sorry.
The house has its own garden, 4 double bedrooms unfurnished, bathroom, lounge, hall, kitchen and dining room.
Bills are shared between all occupants equally, gas and electric are on pre-pay meters.
One months rent will be required as a deposit.
