Massive room with En-suite in a great location

I am currently a tenant in this three bedroomed house living alone with my well behaved dog. I am keeping one room empty as a spare room but looking for someone to come in and take the other room to help me with the rent. The house is lovely and in a great location between Malvern and Worcester. The room is absolutely huge - photos do not do it justice and is at the opposite end of the house to my room so you will have a lot of privacy. It’s light and airy and has a lovely en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is massive and modern and the Large living room opens out onto a big terrace. I work full time so I am away most hours of the day. I am pretty outgoing and easy to get along with and I would consider any pets. Smoking is fine but outside only on the terrace.
