Large house in cul-de-sac

The house is a large detached property, with rooms over 3 floors, set in a cul-de-sac with large gardens, there is a large kitchen and bathroom. Internet is included, all rooms have heating. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, railway and bus station and approx 35 mins from Birmingham airport by car. I'm looking for an easy going house mate who is also accepting of other short stay guests, there is free parking at the property.
