Double room

A large double room is available with shared facilities (1 bathroom shared with only one other bedroom occupants). All occupants are professionals, it's not very busy, and everyone respects others' privacy. All bills and internet are included in the price, and the house is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line in the garden, dishwasher, double electric oven, electric hob, fridge freezer. The property is at a 2 minutes walk to bus service, shop, GP, dentist and post office, in a very quiet area. We have a rescued cat in the house which is very clean and mostly scared of new people, so we are looking for someone who loves animals. We don't mind if you have a pet of your own as long as it's not aggressive or distructive, and you clean after it. There is no smoking in the house (only in the garden) and no drugs on the property.
