I double en-suite bedroom, Redditch

I have a good size double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, (Whole of the top floor of 3 storey town house) to rent in my home and it will be sharing with myself and my 3 year old daughter. My name is Vicky and I'm a 37 year old female veterinary nurse. I have 1 dog and 3 cats however 2 of the cats are temporary as they are my sisters.

ROOM 6m x 4.2m: Double Bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 chest of draws, 2 Bed side tables. TV linked to Sky TV box in the room. All household bills included. (If furnished is not required then furniture can be removed)

Use of the whole house accept the other 2 bedrooms. Kitchen/dinner, living room, bathroom with toilet and 3rd toilet on ground floor. Parking space, garden with patio. Usually kitchen amenities like, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer.

£500 per calendar month (£500 deposit)
