We have an opportunity to share a large room available in this well managed house, across the road from the Alexandra Hospital. The present housemates are all from Kerala, India. The housemates all speak Malayalam.

Each room in this friendly, well run house has its own lock. There are three toilets and two showers in the house. There is a large kitchen with two cooking and washing stations. All furniture, appliances and equipment is provided, including cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

All bills are included in the rent as well as free high speed broadband.

The room is for single occupancy is £500 and for two people sharing it is £320 each, therefore it is an opportunity to live very cheaply.
