We have an opportunity to rent a single room in this well managed house, across the road from the Alexandra Hospital. The present housemates are all from Kerala, India. The housemates all speak Malayalam.

Each bedroom in this friendly, well run house has its own lock. There are three toilets and two showers in the house. There is a large kitchen with two cooking and washing stations. All furniture, appliances and equipment is provided, including cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

All bills are included in the rent as well as free high speed broadband.

The room is for single occupancy is £440, with no deposit.
