(Taken): Double room with access to shower room. Dual aspect windows looking over the front & side of house, over to communal neighbourhood gardens. As the other rooms have their own shower rooms, you will usually have the walk-in shower room to yourself! Multiple wardrobes (equivalent to 4 singles) giving plenty of storage space & desk which doubles up as a side-table.
The rest of the house includes:
Massive lounge with seating for 7+ people. Dual aspect windows onto the front & side of the property. Large Samsung TV with multiple channels & VOD.

All housemates and their guests are asked to avoid excess noise after 11pm on weekdays to avoid disturbing other housemates.
This property would suit young professionals (25-40) being in a great location for major employers (such as Halfords & the Alexandra Hospital) or the Redditch Train Station & M42 if you work further afield.
