Spacious room to rent in central town house

The room - it’s a large furnished double, with plenty of storage space. I’m happy for you to bring your own furniture but will have to discuss this before anything is agreed.

The house - it’s set over three floors. Ground floors there’s a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom that you would have shared use of. The 1 st floor there are two bedrooms, one I’m in and the other is currently used for storage. The top floor is where the room to rent is located. Out to the rear there is a garden with table and chairs, some grass and a washing line.

Location - the house is located a short 10 minute walk from the town centre, bus station and train station so it’s well linked to others areas such as Birmingham, it’s around 35 minutes on train to grand central. There are two supermarkets and a retail park that are 5 minute walk away from the house. On road parking is available, and there is usually no issue parking outside the house.

Considerations - couples will be considered but rent would be increased to £600 per month. Would also consider a Monday to Friday let, with a rent of £450 per month. This is a sublet with the landlords permission. Initial let would be for 6 months and then a rolling contract would begin there after.
