The room includes a large double bed with a comfortable mattress, 1 x bedside cabinet with storage and freestanding wardrobe. A desk can be provided if needed. (Bed linen can be provided at extra cost.)

The room radiator is individually controlled for your comfort.

There is also a separate downstairs WC.

The House
The kitchen includes cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Each tenant has their own numbered cupboard and fridge/freezer space.
