It’s a good size double bedroom. It’s only me living there and I’m only looking for one housemate. The house itself has a kitchen, off-kitchen conservatory, large living room area, off living room conservatory, downstairs toilet, 2 double bedrooms, main bathroom (toilet, bath, walk in shower) and a small office. You would essentially be renting half a house. Alternatively we can look at each having one floor to ourselves and only sharing the bathroom & kitchen
