The Annex's are large private areas in a shared house with communal kitchen, laundry room and living room.

This large, beautiful 4 bed house is conveniently located for easy walking access into Redditch Kingfisher town centre, train and bus networks. The location also provides easy access to motorway links (M42, Jct 2&3) There is also off-street parking, a permit can be provided for those with a car. There are excellent leisure facilities close by, along with cultural attractions and lovely walks.

We absolutely love this period house from the 1800’s. And although it has been fully refurbished and modernised to the highest standard, we have kept a lot of the original features. The house has modern vinyl floors and double glazing throughout for a comfortable and quiet stay in bustling Redditch. Each suite is named after a type of needle. Redditch is famous for its needle making in the 19th Century and needles were exported all over the world!
