We are looking for a female housemate.
Dog friendly, in the age between 20 and 40 years old.

We are a quiet and friendly settled household looking for a like minded person to join us.

ROOM

The single room is in a 3 bed house with garden.
It has a bed, wardrobe, desk with chair also access to a store cupboard on the landing, the room also has a lockable door, it is in Winyates near to the One Stop shop.

BATHROOM

Shower room/bathroom is shared. There is a shower and a toilet upstairs, and downstairs toilet also.

KITCHEN

In the kitchen you have your own cabinet and fridge shelf and drawer in freezer. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen there is a common area where you can eat your meals, Or spend time in the garden.

MORE INFO:

You pay £435 for the room once a month. All bills also include WiFi internet access.

You must pay a deposit of £350 for the room, payable on the moving in date, This money will come back to you when you move out.

There is a cleaning rota which everyone takes turn with on a weekly basis.
Mess in this house is unacceptable we are a clean and tidy household.
