Homely 3 bedroom house clean and nicely decorated, quiet area central to other towns, furniture included, family atmosphere, fully centrally heated. Free Wi-Fi available. Looking to house share with a person who is mature & respectful must be able to meet with rent payments on time, will need to be able & willing to clean up after ones self and in full time employment. No smoking indoors. The large double bedroom is newly decorated.. Very clean home. Ideal for professional business person. Bus route 5 minute walk away. Local shops 10 minutes walk. Birmingham, Sratford up on Avon both 30 minutes drive away. Or someone looking for a quiet peaceful home. Last lodger stayed for over 3 years reluctant to go but had to due to work commitments. Ten minutes walk to a beautiful lake called arrow valley lake, if you like walking or cycling.
