I have just one room available from August 1st. It is in a gorgeous modern duplex apartment smack bang in the centre of Redditch which is less than a 2 min walk from Redditch Train and Bus Station, Cinema and the KIngfisher Shopping Centre, bars and restaurants. Allocated parking is available if you have a car.

This room is the largest room in the apartment, and it is BIG.
You will probably find it very hard to find a comparable room.
It does not have an ensuite, but you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person, who really looks after it in terms of tidiness and cleanliness.

The price is inclusive of bills (more details below) and includes the management charges for the Block, Council Tax, Water, gas, electricity, TV Licence and high speed broadband. .
All rooms have a double bed and furniture to store clothes.

Please note the photos may show some furniture from the previous tenants. The items which belong to the apartment will be advised to you during the viewing, but as a bare minimum, the room will contain a double bed, bed side table(s) and a wardrobe.

The apartment is neutrally decorated and all rooms have very generous sizes.
The ensuite room is 14.5ft x 145ft -4.5x4.5m.
Ensuite 7.8ft x 5.25ft - 2.4 x 1.6m
The second room is 16.5ft x 14.5ft - 5mx4.4m.
The third room is 16.5ft x 12.5ft - 5x3.8m

There is a modern kitchen diner with integrated fridge freezer and a washer dryer. It also has a dining table and chairs and TV where you can socialize with the other tenants.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, nor in the communal areas of the building.

All applicants will need to provide proof of income, three months bank statements and current rent shown as being paid on time.

Please apply only if you like living in a clean, tidy and hygienic environment and you are prepared to maintain these standards.

Please note the gas, electricity and water bills are capped, which means we pay up to a certain amount per month.
This is a generous amount, and if used responsibly, should cover these bills in full. However, if usage goes above these amounts, an equal contribution will be required by all tenants to pay the difference. Energy bills will be provided as evidence should any additional payment be required.
Therefore, it is actively encouraged for all sharers to be mindful of their usage, particularly with the current energy price situation.
The apartment has the benefit of having smart meters which enables you to see how much energy is being used at any time. Currently, we are not asking for any additional contributions as the tenants are keeping energy usage underneath the cap.

Finally, we are live out landlords, so you will have the luxury of not having to share the property with the landlord, which we think, given the choice most people would prefer.
