Single Furnished Room To Rent

Newly decorated single room with wifi broadband access, pine furniture, laminate flooring plenty of cupboard, drawer space etc. Kitchen has dish washer, fridge freezer etc. Use of washing machine, double oven etc. Off road parking space for a car or motorbike. Storage space in sheds for push bike. 5 min walk to town centre and railway station. Looking for a lodger that likes dogs as I have 1. I work full time but do have dog carers that come in to sort the fur boy. I like to think I am easy to get along with and am easy going. I am a smoker, but smoke outside, I would like a lodger to do the same as well. (Pictures are before it was redecorated)
