As this is a relatively small room, the storage space is limited but ample for a weekday only resident. There is not a TV arial point as it would be assumed that applicants would access TV in the bedroom via a personal computer or similar device.
The existing residents include a 50 year old householder, two young men aged 19 & 23, and two rather lively and very friendly labradors.
The clean and well maintained property consists of 4 bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a study, kitchen, utility room and a single bathroom with an over-bath shower. Driveway parking is available and there are attractive front and rear gardens. Potential lodgers will have access to laundry facilities, fridge space, cooking appliances, gardens etc.
The householder is seeking a respectable, considerate, gainfully employed lodger from a professional background. However, student applications will be welcomed from those able to provide excellent and verifiable references. Please do not apply unless you will be out of the property during daytime hours.
This is a lively (though not noisy) household. The potential lodger must be comfortable with dogs, a NON-SMOKER and must not engage in the use of illegal substances under any circumstances out of respect for the other residents.
