THE HOUSE IS ON 3 LEVELS with 5 bedrooms in total along with kitchen/diner, communal lounge, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) plus downstairs cloak with toilet and sink, rear garden area, some off road parking. Centrally heated and double-glazed throughout. Our aim is for your stay to be comfortable in a bright and airy private bedroom, and with the extra modern facilities of a professional house share.

YOUR BEDROOM IS A NEWLY DECORATED SPACEOUS ROOM on the top floor. Contains a fabulous comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, writing desk, chair and lamp. Lots of mains sockets, TV aerial socket and a broadband socket, so you can use the room for work as well as for rest. A bathroom is just across the corridor and the lounge and kitchen/diner are on the ground floor.

YOUR KITCHEN/DINER IS A SPACE for your cooking and eating experience to be as relaxing as possible. The kitchen itself contains everything you will need including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, kettle and toaster. There€™s lots of space to store your food and a full complement of cups, saucers, plates and all the usual utensils. Theres a table for eating and chatting to fellow housemates. Just add a touch of Jamie Oliver and see what develops.

YOUR COMMUNAL LOUNGE IS A COMFY ROOM with squishy couches and coffee table. A place for relaxing and chatting, reading a book or watching a bit of TV on the big screen.

Costs: £450 per month to include all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, TV license). 6 months minimum rental. One double room available. Minimum age 21. No DSS.
