We are looking for a new housemate to join our shared home. We have a pleasant six bedroomed house in Matchborough West that is currently shared amongst Four working professional adults. We are a pleasant bunch and all get along really well. Ideally, we only want to share with folk who are working. We have one available furnished double room. One is upstairs a The room would NOT be suitable for a couple.

There is a shared lounge and kitchen-diner (both with TV), along with a downstairs toilet, upstairs shower-room and a 2nd bathroom (re-fitted recently).

The house is equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances.

Wireless/wired broadband is available, along with telephone (local/national calls included). Other utility bills are included - gas, electricity etc.

To the rear of the property is a shared, maintained garden, with washing-line, patio area, small lawn and a shared garden-shed.

We work on the basis of come and meet us, have a coffee, have a look around the house, see if you like us and if its mutual, we take references and go from there. NON SMOKERS PLEASE
