The house is shared with 3 young, easy-going professionals and a couple of guinea pigs in the garden. Rent is£350 per calendar month including bills, which are split equally. We didn’t want to charge a deposit, but we got burned by the last person who rented the room, so we have to cover ourselves unfortunately.
