Large Garage Converted Room

We have a large, ground floor room for rent at the front of the house, adjacent to the shared kitchen. Bathroom and separate toilet are also shared and are situated upstairs. The room will be furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, a sofa and a 32" TV. The living room remains for our sole use.

We are a friendly, welcoming young couple. We have a small dog, a cat, our 2 year old daughter and my 6 year old son from a previous relationship stays with us 4 nights a week. The lodgers room is very quiet being a converted garage with 3 outside facing walls and is accessed immediately after entering the front door....ideal for the evenings when you don't feel like talking! (We all have them) This room will stand out to those potential tenants who wish to have the benefits of low cost accommodation, but also want their own space. Most of the rooms available elsewhere are effectively house shares. I have 9 years experience in dealing with lodgers and am always respectful of their privacy. 

The room is available immediately and is on a first come first served basis. This room has been taken by the first viewer every time in the past.
