I have been renovating my victorian mid-terrace house over the last year which I’m living in and would like to rent out the two other rooms from early August. Decorating is almost complete which the photographs reflect but visiting the property will give you a much better feel for the house.
House:
The house (typical terrace format) has been renovated to a modern standard with a traditional/rustic style. This includes a new kitchen and bathroom with all new appliances and furniture (not installed yet).
The two spacious bedrooms will have a bed, mattress, wardrobe, rug, curtains, tv aerial and internet ports. The lounge will have a large flatscreen TV, dining table and sofa. There’s a toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs with a huge shower!
The house has a big loft and cellar that are easily accessible for storage if required.
Nelson Road is a quiet street with street parking on either side. It's a few minute walk to St Johns High Street, Co-op, Sainsburys, local gym and other amenities. It’s about a 15 minute walk into Worcester city centre and 5 minutes to Worcester university.
Bills:
The rent is £380 pcm. All bills (council tax, water, TV licence, Sky TV and fast internet (up to 60MB/s)) are included apart from the combined gas and electricity bill which will be around £80 a month (dependant on usage). The deposit amount is £460.
About me and who I’m looking for:
I'm 31 and consider myself to be a sociable person who enjoys music, wildlife, travelling, photography, sport, cycling and films.
I’m looking for full-time, working professionals or mature students/postgrads (21-34 years old) who are like minded, sociable, tidy and respectful. No pets or children please.
