10 Middle Road is an incredibly spacious two-bedroom house in the centre of St. Johns, Worcester.

The house is comprised of 2 double rooms, one lounge, one kitchen/diner, one bathroom, one breakout room (basement). There is plenty of space to relax and share.

The property is a 3 min walk to Sainsbury's; bus stations that take directly into town.

**What's included**

For the monthly rent £550, this will include all of the bills (inc. council tax) - utilities (gas/electricity), water, broadband, cleaner and council tax.

**About me**

I am a 23-year-old business owner, who is incredibly driven in growing my businesses.

I currently work from my office in town Mon-Sat (8:00 - 18:00). I would only be at the house to sleep.

Even though I am focused on my businesses, it doesn't mean I can't have a laugh and enjoy life.

** Who I am looking to live with **

I am looking for a likeminded housemate, who is driven, clean and tidy. I don't have a preference if you are a professional of a student.
No pets (due to tenancy agreement)
No preference in terms of smokers
Someone who is Laidback and like a drama-free environment
