Single room in home shared with mum and adult daughter (has returned home). 10 minutes walk from St. Johns Henwick Road Campus. Most suitable for a student, consists of a single raised bed, with underneath storage. Desk, lamp and computer chair, long mirror and wardrobe. Central heating and double glazing.

Shared shower/toilet. Lounge/dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, utility room (washing machine and clothes hanger), and toilet. Conservatory.

Driveway parking. Garage space to store a bike (if required).

Looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate house mate. Not too much coming and going as daughter works 12 hour rota shifts. Can discuss being part of 'family' meals (not included in the rent).

We occasionally have other family members or friends visit for a weekend/week.
