The room is a large, well-lit bedroom with a faux fireplace, chest of drawers, and double bed. Bedding can be provided or you are more than welcome to bring your own mattress and/or bedding.

I am professionally employed and will not be there Mon-Fri, meaning you will have exclusive use of the property on weekdays and some weekends.

Shared living areas include: living room (tv, sofa, chair), dining room (large table and fireplace), kitchen, and garden.

All rooms are fully furnished with no excess space, but a large loft for long-term storage is available. The bathroom has recently been renovated with a shower/bath.

Utensils, crockery, and cutlery are included, as well as kitchen storage space for other items. A sizeable garden suitable for hosting BBQs and housing a pet.

Location. 5min walk to the university and 10mins walk to the centre of Worcester. Street parking available.

Bills excluded (typically charged at the end of each month). Council tax band B.
